With the information received, we prepare a clear, no-obligation quote. If you agree, we arrange the day and time that best suits your needs.
One day before the service, we will send you a reminder. If anything unexpected comes up, you can contact us to change the appointment and find a more convenient time.
On arrival, we check the fabric type, the condition of the upholstery and the level of dirt. Before completing the work, we carry out a free test so you can see the result.
If you are fully satisfied with the result of the test, we continue with the treatment. If you are not convinced, we do not continue and you do not have to pay anything.
We clean with professional injection-extraction equipment, treating the upholstery from inside the fabric to remove dirt, stains, odours, dust mites and bacteria without damaging the materials.
At the end of the service, we leave the work area tidy. Depending on the fabric, level of dirt and ventilation, the upholstery will need drying time before it can be used normally.
You can pay at the end of the service in cash, by card, Bizum or bank transfer.
The following day, we ask you to tell us how the treatment turned out. If any area needs it, we include a touch-up.
